It depends on your project type. For Remodels & Structural Renovations (such as replacing deck boards or updating railings on an existing frame), we provide a straightforward quote at no cost. For all New Builds & Structural Additions, we require a $350 Design & Structural Consultation Fee and a $25,000 minimum project investment. This covers your site plan, zoning check, and detailed quote, and is 100% credited back to your invoice when we build your project. If you would like to upgrade your custom plan to include full 3D Photorealistic Visual Renderings, that service can be added for a flat $1,000 fee.
What are the components involved in a project of this type?
